Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 9, 2026

JunaHub is a property-maintenance coordination platform operated by Junabase, Inc. ("Junabase", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the JunaHub web, iOS, and Android apps.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Sign in with Apple & Google

Authentication is handled by Apple and Google using OpenID Connect. We validate the identity token they issue and store only a stable user identifier plus your name and email. Their handling of your data is governed by Apple's and Google's privacy policies.

4. Sharing

Maintenance information is shared only with the parties to a given job — for example, the tenant who raised it, the assigned service provider, and the responsible property manager/owner — as required to coordinate the work. Direct messages are never included in reports. We use a small number of infrastructure providers (hosting, cloud storage) that process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

5. Data retention

We retain account and maintenance records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data (see Contact).

6. Security

Connections are encrypted with TLS. Sessions use opaque tokens; we store only a hashed form of your session token, never the raw value, and we never store SSO passwords.

7. Your choices

8. Children

JunaHub is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
